a hoist without removing any of the "huck bolts"
located between the cab and axles (leaving all
original crossmember bolts as installed by Mack),
leaving your truck frame factory aligned.

hoist in only 4 hours if we couldn't manufacture
one in 4 hours....so we can!
- From fabricating parts, machining rollers and
bushings, fixturing, welding, painting,
decaling, wiring, installing on a truck, all the
way to final inspection, no one station is
allowed more 4 hours to do their job!
- ROLL OFFS USA operates 2-10 hour shifts and can
manufacture and install 2 hoists per shift.
- PANASONIC ROBOTS are at work throughout the
plant and this one positions the hoist for
all the correct weld angles and completes
the job in 3 1/2 hours!
- Stop expensive reeving cylinder chrome
rod damage. These 1/2" thick covers are
both strong and wide enough to get the
job done. These protectors are for more
than just "looks" - they get the job
done!
- Hydraulic control center is kept
neat, functional, and attractive.
Critical hard plumbing lines are fed
between the rails via heavy duty
bulkhead fittings.
- Rear Rollers take a POUNDING!
The QuickMount Rear Rollers
boasts a full 3/4" wall
thickness (double that of most
competitors).
- Should the need ever arise, the
REAR Roller can be changed in
less than 5 minuets with a
simple hand tools.

Super tough, super thick
rear plates come standard
and are ready to accept your
pintle hitch. With standard
fold-up rear bumper this
offers you flexibility to
pull pup trailers
should the need arise.

of raw materials,
machined parts are only
minutes away. Sheaves,
rollers, axles, bronze
busings, etc. are always
in stock for
manufacturing as well as
replacement parts.
