Cart Dumping Systems
Fixed Position Self-Contained
Hydraulic Dumper (Standard Model) streamline in-plant
handling of waste and recyclable. The Standard Model is
available with lockable caster and forklift brackets. A
battery-powered version allows complete mobility with no
reductions in efficiency or lifting capacity. One
operator can unload up to 1,300 lbs of scrap or waste in
seconds. Operation is efficient, safe and clean.

Custom Cart Dumping
Systems
Custom Dumper material handling
systems (carts and hydraulic dumpers) are designed to
meet the needs of most industrial applications. Where
containers are non-standard and do not have latch bars
or lift fittings, custom dumpers can be designed to
securely hold containers during dumping cycle. Custom
designs address the special needs of non-typical
cart configurations, load specifications and motor or
electrical power requirements not available in standard
models.

Legal-for-Trade Smart
Dumper
The Smart Dumper System combines
legal-for-trade weighing system and an easy-to-operate
hydraulic cart dumping unit. It incorporates the
accuracy and durability of the LTS scale with the
quality and reliability of an Ameri-Kart dumping system.
The weighing system in the Smart Dumper is the only unit
of its type to receive National Type Evaluation Program
(NTEP) approval on a dumper/scale combination for refuse
collection. A legal-for-trade designation enables the
hauler to charge by accurate weight, not container size.

Self-Dumping Hoppers
Self-Dumping Hoppers simplify loading,
moving and unloading bulk items and waste. Efficient
design allows one operator to load and move filled
hopper to desired location for processing. Molded
polyethylene, hinged container lids are available for
applications that require higher level of dust control
or sanitation. Frame is painted black, bodies available
in gray, blue or red.
